Terms

These cover the ordinary case. Anything specific to your project — scope, price, dates, retention — is in the written quote, and the quote wins where the two differ.

What we provide

Computational analysis of data you supply, for research purposes. We do not provide sequencing or other laboratory services, and nothing we deliver is a medical device, a diagnostic result, or clinical advice.

Scope and price

Work begins after you accept a written quote. The price is fixed for the scope in that quote. If the data materially differs from what was described, we stop and re-quote rather than adding charges afterwards. Analyses outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the data with us, and that any consent, ethics approval or data access agreement covering it permits the analysis you are asking for.

Ownership

Your data stays yours. The results, figures, tables and analysis code we deliver become yours on payment. Our own general-purpose tools and pipelines remain ours.

Revisions and limits

Reviewer-driven revisions within the delivered scope are included for six months from delivery. Analysis is interpretation of data, not a guarantee of a particular biological finding or of acceptance by any journal. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned.
