How it works
What happens, and what lands in your inbox.
No account to create, no minimum order, and nothing charged until you have accepted a fixed price.
1 · You send what you have
Upload link, your own cloud storage, or a public accession. Include the sample table and the comparison you care about. If you cannot share data before an agreement, send the description instead — it is usually enough to quote.
2 · We send scope and price
Normally within one working day. It states the modules, the deliverables, the fixed price, and the delivery date. This is also where we flag a design problem, if there is one. You can stop here at no cost.
3 · We run it, then check it
You get a short QC summary early — before the full analysis — so a data problem surfaces on day one rather than on day seven. Anything that changes the scope is re-quoted first.
4 · Delivery, then revisions
Everything arrives together with a written summary. Reviewer-driven revisions within the delivered scope are included for six months.
The deliverable
Four things, every time.
Not a slide deck of screenshots. Files you can put in a manuscript and files a collaborator can re-run.
Figures
Vector, at publication size, with the fonts and panel labels already right. Raster versions where the figure genuinely needs them.
Results tables
Every number behind every figure: marker genes, differential expression with effect sizes and adjusted p-values, cluster composition.
The code
The actual scripts that produced the output, with package versions pinned. Re-plotting without one sample takes minutes.
Methods paragraph
Written to journal standard, naming tools, versions and parameters — the section reviewers check first.
Ready when you are.
Send the data description. Scope, fixed price and delivery date come back — normally within one working day.
