Short version: we collect what you send us in order to answer you, and we do not sell or share it.

What we collect

What you type into the enquiry form — name, email, institution, and your description of the project — plus the IP address the request came from, which we keep only to limit abuse of the form. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the people preparing your quote. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Research data you send us

Data files sent for analysis are covered by the practices on our data handling page and by whatever NDA or agreement is in place. They are used for your project only, and are deleted on request or after the agreed retention window.

Your choices

Write to contact@healthswiftech.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on it and confirm in writing.
