HST Genomics is a genomics services company. This site is our bioinformatics analysis practice — deliberately the one part of the chain that needs no instrument, no shipment and no customs form.
Why analysis only
A sequencing order ties you to a provider, a shipping route and a customs process. An analysis order does not: the data moves in minutes, and the work happens entirely on our side. That is why we can quote a fixed price, hold a delivery date, and take a project of one sample as seriously as one of forty.
It also means our interests are simple. We are not trying to move you onto a sequencing contract, so the recommendation you get about your data is not a sales route.
How the work gets done
Automation carries the repetitive load — pipelines, parameter sweeps, figure generation. That is what makes days-not-months possible and what lets the price be fixed in advance.
The judgement stays with people: which threshold this dataset justifies, whether a cluster has earned its label, whether an integration erased the effect being studied, whether the design can support the comparison at all. Those are the points where a wrong call is invisible until review, so those are the points we do not automate away.
